Returns are expensive for both of us. We accept all goods in return if they do no meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we must provide these rules regarding returns:
• We must have sold the part to you.
• The return must take place within 14 days.
• Original receipt or invoice must be included.
• All goods must be returned in original packaging with no damage.
• All goods must be in same condition as received from us, will say NEW WITHOUT ANY SIGN OF WEAR AND DAMAGE.
• The customer pays all return shipping costs.
All parcels must be sent to us postage paid.

Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

An acceptance email is automatically sent by Cascos BANDIT to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Cascos BANDIT of your offer to buy goods or services from Cascos BANDIT and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
Cascos BANDIT reserves the right to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to or after acceptance. This also applies after a confirmation email has been sent in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself. Under these circumstances Cascos BANDIT will notify you as soon as possible and the option to wait for stock, choose an alternative or a full refund will be offered.

Paying for your product - Exchange Rates
If paying in a Currency other than EUR, there may be an exchange rate difference applied by PayPal, after you have placed the order. This is NOT applied by Cascos BANDIT and may be more than the amount shown on our website. Cascos BANDIT is NOT responsible for this difference.

It is up to the customer to confirm in advance if there are any differences between images and descriptions. Due to manufacturer updates, screen definition differences etc, images can differ from the actual item supplied, Cascos BANDIT are not responsible for any costs if this is the case.
Cascos BANDIT do not accept liability for failure to supply caused by matters beyond the company’s reasonable control including but not exclusively strikes, civil disputes, acts of God, war or other third party actions.
Cascos BANDIT is NOT responsible for exchange rate changes (at the time of placing the order or at the time of a refund), import duty or import tax to your Country. It is up to the customer to check any Duty that may be payable prior to placing the order.

Please await confirmation of despatch before pre-paying any VAT or taxes that may be due. Please contact your country's custom office to check if you are liable to incur importation charges.
Cascos BANDIT is not responsible for extended area delivery charges or errors in the online order shipping system. If an order is placed and shipping must be charged due to a system error, customer neglecting to select the correct option or additional charges due to remote locations, Cascos BANDIT will contact the customer with shipping information and a price.

Cascos BANDIT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Cascos BANDIT web site. Prices and special offers can change at any time, without notice and deals cannot be back-dated.
